We ship within the United States, and North America.
For Items shipped outside the United States, customer is responsible for shipping costs, duties, taxes, tariffs, and other import fees.
We will ship most orders within 5-7 business days, and will contact you if there will be any delays. Most items will ship within 3-5 days and even some next day. Some more labor intensive or custom items may be 7-10 days. Holidays will typically be 2 weeks, so please plan ahead.
We ship via USPS, UPS, and Fedex.

Orders over $49 will have free shipping.
Orders under $49 will be charged for shipping depending on your chosen delivery method and country. Full price will be displayed at checkout.

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery - we offer 100% refund or replacement.
Customized items, custom finishes, and non-standard items are not returnable. We will work through the purchasing process for custom items with proofs before work begins to ensure you'll be completely satisfied. if you are unsatisfied with a custom item, please contact us for resolution.
We have a 30-days Return & Exchange Policy, since the day item was received.
To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.
For returns, please email email@example.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
We will provide the customer with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage when returning goods to avoid lost package situations.
Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of returned items.
When returned item is received and inspected, customer receives a confirmation email, notifying about the status of the refund.
If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's credit card or original payment method shortly after.
Same time frame applies - must be claimed within 30 days. Upon requesting assistance, please send pictures of the damaged item as well as pictures of the packaging so we may file a claim. Item will be remade and reshipped and we will handle shipping claims with the shipping company.
